The honey sweetness is perfect for my 3pm slump, and the 15g of protein actually keeps me full until dinner. Already ordered another box.
The 15g of protein is solid for a post-run snack, but honestly I'm just here for the honey and almond combo over those oats. It's chewy enough to feel like a real treat without falling apart in my bag, and one bar actually keeps me full until lunch.
The caramel from the dates comes through really nicely without being overly sweet, and the honey adds just enough stickiness to make each bite feel indulgent. I've been grabbing one as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and the 15g of protein actually keeps me full until dinner.
